We charge a flat rate all year round. We do not beleive in charging more at peak times and we do not lower our price in the quiet times because we know that all year we are value for money. Our guests tell us this over and over again and our repeat bookings assure us that it is true. When you book in at Creek View Apartment you will be dealing with either Toni or Joel, the owners of the apartment. They have just the one apartment for rent so you have the satisfaction of knowing that you will get that personal touch from them.
Our nightly rate is $150.00 for 1 or 2 people We charge an extra $10 per night per extra person.
Stays of 7 days or more can opt to have cleaning and linen changes. We charge $35.00 per hr/ min for this service.
We take a 25% deposit to book your stay and until that is received the dates remain open. Deposits are non refundable, unless we take a booking over the dates that have been cancelled.

Creek View apartment is a five minute walk from the foreshores and is situated in the group of buildings on the right hand side of this image, just near the dark green trees that shadow Coffs Harbour Creek.
